1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MultiVendor Ghana ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You must be a resident or authorized to conduct business in Ghana
  • You must not be prohibited by law from using our services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a Shopper:
  • ✓ Provide accurate information during registration and checkout
  • ✓ Pay for purchases in full before delivery or pickup
  • ✓ Inspect items upon receipt and report issues within 24 hours
  • ✓ Use the platform for lawful purposes only
  • ✓ Respect intellectual property and vendor rights
As a Vendor:
  • ✓ Maintain accurate product listings and pricing
  • ✓ Fulfill orders within agreed timeframes
  • ✓ Provide quality products and excellent customer service
  • ✓ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • ✓ Maintain proper business documentation
  • ✓ Do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

4. Payment & Transactions

  • All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways
  • Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵)
  • Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout
  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days for approved returns
  • We are not responsible for payment failures due to user error or bank issues

5. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location.
  • Risk of Loss: Items are at vendor's risk until delivered to you
  • Delivery Failure: If delivery fails, we will attempt redelivery or issue a refund
  • Pickup Orders: Must be collected within 3 days or they may be returned

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible for Return:
  • Items returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition
  • Items with manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Items that don't match product description
Not Eligible for Return:
  • Used, damaged, or altered items (outside vendor responsibility)
  • Items without packaging or proof of purchase
  • Perishable items (unless spoiled)

Contact vendor support within 24 hours to initiate returns.

7. Prohibited Content & Behavior

Users must NOT:

  • Post illegal, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
  • Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
  • Create multiple fraudulent accounts
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or scams
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Misrepresent themselves or provide false information

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MultiVendor Ghana is provided "as-is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or services

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or mediation
  • If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the laws of Ghana
  • Both parties agree to arbitration for claims under GH₵10,000
  • Contact our support team within 7 days of the disputed transaction

10. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Repeatedly breach our policies
  • Fail to pay for services
